Trifecta Announces Promotions in Support of Growth

Los Angeles, CA, February 11, 2025—Trifecta, the nationally acclaimed social entertainment concept development and management firm, announced the promotion of three executives in its Trifecta Marketing Services (TMS) division, to support the significant growth in its marketing and group sales services.

TMS is a full service, comprehensive marketing, advertising and group sales organization, offering promotion development, grand openings, media (digital, social and traditional) creation and placement, and group sales activities.

Launched in 2018 as in response to Trifecta client needs, TMS projects include a life-style destination, a resort with attractions, family entertainment centers, restaurants/beer gardens, boutique entertainment venues and high-tech/virtual experiences, movie theater conversions, regional music concert venue, banquet venues, golf club and sports complexes. In addition, TMS has provided marketing services to non-retail clients such as a gourmet grocery, non-profits, government departments, real estate, wellness, and more.

The Promotions—The Good Stuff!

Sarah Vigil, Senior Vice President, Marketing

Sarah assumes the role of Senior Vice President, Marketing and will spearhead the development of marketing strategies for the firm, its clients, and its Trifecta Marketing Services division. As a member of the corporate group since 2015 and with her previous in-venue experience, Sarah has led and contributed to numerous projects of varying size and scope, with a focus on digital media and data analysis.

As an expert in digital and social marketing, Vigil monitors the latest trends in the ever-changing landscape. She regularly researches and adopts new technologies, applications and software that will improve business. Her ability to communicate complex concepts and strategies has landed her speaking engagements at prominent tradeshows.

After graduating from the University of California, Santa Cruz, Sarah began her career within the group sales department at plank, the acclaimed entertainment and dining venue in the Bay Area. She resides in Long Beach, California.

Rebecca Metzner, Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Rebecca has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing. She will be responsible for marketing and sales activities, including brand creation, promotions development, group sales management and training, advertising, business development, and client relations. Metzner will spearhead the company’s design, brand development and consumer experience aspects for Trifecta and its clients. Rebecca’s experience in advancing new business concepts, from idea to implementation will support her success in this role. She is a high-energy, fact-based professional, which has led to industry panels and speaking engagements.

Rebecca has more than fifteen years of experience in entertainment sales and marketing and played a key role as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Axis Alley in Newport, Kentucky. During her tenure, Rebecca proactively participated in the sales, marketing, and public relations departments, as well as day-to-day operations. Rebecca received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky, and resides in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Meaghan Flickinger Manager, Marketing

Meaghan has been promoted to Marketing Manager.  Meaghan has worked her way up through hard work, knowledge and experience.  She works creatively on promotional development, message distribution channels and client communication.

Flickinger began her career with Stella Rosa Wines as a marketing associate specializing in digital and social advertising.  She has continued to expand her expertise into SEO and various advertising channels.  Meaghan received a bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University, and resides in San Diego, California.
