Uptown Alley Manassas/Red Embers Bar & Grill

Uptown Alley Manassas opened in 2017 as the third Uptow Alley location in the United States. The 45,000-square foot complex features 28 lanes of boutique bowling, a state-of-the-art arcade and redemption area, two-level laser tag arena and billiards. There is a private lounge with fireplace seating, bar, sports viewing, bowling and billiards. The main sports bar features a stage for live entertainment and the largest viewing screen in all of VA to see your favorite game, private bar and provides a great banquet space. The Red Embers Bar & Grill features made-from-scratch American cuisine and serves the entire venue.

Dip Shack

Cowboy Dips & Chips is an original concept, first offered at Northeast Ohio’s famous Cowboy Food & Drink.  This new concept features mouth-watering sandwich Dips and crispy homemade Chips.  While new, the idea of Dips & Chips was years in the making. From original thoughts to reality, the ultimate goal has always been t o create the best, tastiest Dips and Chips offerings around.  After many renditions, taste tests and re-dos, these hearty, tasty Dips and flavored Chips were created, uniquely crafted to satisfy even the most selective palates of modern-day Cowboys and Cowgirls!
