Mestizo

Celebrity chef Aarón Sánchez debuted his new Mexican restaurant concept Mestizo, in Leawood, Kansas. Sánchez was excited to bring his award-winning knowledge of and passion for Latin American cuisine to the Heartland, in collaboration with Trifecta Management Group (TMG).

Bringing a new, fresh approach to Mexican food, Mestizo had a custom menu to highlight dishes authentic to the Yucatan, Pueblo or Veracruz regions of Mexico and to the ingredients that are indigenous to these areas. Sánchez used his classic culinary training to create recipes that defined a menu of bold flavors that set a new standard in Mexican cuisine. Using only the freshest and sustainable ingredients, Aarón’s food created an appreciation of the true flavors of Mexico.

Dip Shack

Cowboy Dips & Chips is an original concept, first offered at Northeast Ohio’s famous Cowboy Food & Drink.  This new concept features mouth-watering sandwich Dips and crispy homemade Chips.  While new, the idea of Dips & Chips was years in the making. From original thoughts to reality, the ultimate goal has always been t o create the best, tastiest Dips and Chips offerings around.  After many renditions, taste tests and re-dos, these hearty, tasty Dips and flavored Chips were created, uniquely crafted to satisfy even the most selective palates of modern-day Cowboys and Cowgirls!
