Once located at Newport on the Levee in KY, Redondo Taqueria was a Mexican restaurant with a casual, eclectic environment that provides a social gathering place for friends. Tacos were the primary focus on the menu with a vast selection of unique ingredients that include fresh fish, crispy pork belly, lengua, as well as other authentic Mexican fare. The great food coupled perfectly hand shaken margaritas made with agave nectar and freshly squeezed juices.
